What others are saying about this campground
Wayfarers State Park is a beautiful campground nestled on the shores of Flathead Lake in Big Fork, Montana. With a permanent dock and boat ramp, a shower house, three walk-in sites along the water, a great trail loop, and amazing rocks to sit on or jump off of into the lake, this is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The campground offers electrical hookups, water, fire pits, and restrooms, as well as evening programs and guided hikes. There is a boat launch, ample parking, and plenty of cliffs to jump off of and suntan on. The sites are small and narrow with some leveling needed, and the campground is often busy, so reservations are recommended. Wayfarers is also close to Kalispel and Whitefish for day trips. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere during the day and the stunning sunset views from the cliffs along the lake.
