However, tables and fire rings are not available at these sites. Electric-only parking spots cost $40 per night, which some campers felt was too expensive, given the lack of amenities and services provided. There is no water hookup, shower house or water fill station for RVs. The park is in an industrial area, so road noise and trains passing through nearby tracks can be very loud all night long, which might not suit all campers. Some non-RV activities like visiting the local gym are possible, but other guests felt that there are few attractions or entertainment within walking distance. Overall, the campground is a functional and cheap option for travelers passing through the area or those who just need a space to park their RV without many additional services.

With over 70 acres of facilities and spaces, it is perfect for a wide variety of events such as weddings, receptions, trade shows, reunions, athletic practices, parties, warehouse sales, rodeos, livestock and horse shows, athletic clinics, concerts, and more. The park areas and outdoor spaces are great for picnics, weddings, reunions, and practices. The facility also offers RV parking. Amenities include exhibit spaces, arenas, barns/stalling, and parking lots for larger outdoor events or shuttle parking.
