Johnsons Of St Mary Campground & RV Park is a great place to stay if youre visiting Glacier National Park. The campground is very clean and the staff is super friendly. The views from the campground are amazing, but the RV sites on top of the hill can be a bit windy. The tent sites are in a field with little privacy, but they are flat. Most of the fire rings and picnic tables are set pretty close together. The bathrooms are nice and there is always plenty of hot water. The on-site restaurant is fantastic and serves delicious food. The location is great for visiting Glacier National Park, especially the east and many glacier entrances, which are just a 30-minute drive away. The Wi-Fi is slow, but Verizon and T-Mobile have good reception in the area. Additionally, there are only two gas stations in St Mary, so plan accordingly.
From The Campground
Sly Fox Campground offers 180 well-shaded campsites ranging from small individual sites to large groups. The occasional wildlife views and picnic areas with campfire pits make it a perfect spot for camping. The campground has bathrooms with token-operated showers and a laundromat. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a $20.00 processing fee. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE to any customers who cancel, for any reason, with less than 30 days notice. Cancellation of reservations after 4 pm MST, 2 days from day of check-in will be charged for the FULL COST of the scheduled stay.
