The sites are close together, with gravel pads and back-in parking. Although there arent many trees and the grass is brown, the scenery is still pretty and peaceful. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Despite being situated near the Missouri River, there is no access to it for wading because of the boats launching across the street. However, the close proximity to Tower Rock State Park, a Lewis and Clark historical landmark worth a visit, is a big plus.

The park is conveniently located near the Missouri River and Blue Ribbon fly fishing. There is a fly shop, bar/restaurant, and store nearby. The park offers clean restrooms, hot showers, and coin-operated laundry. Wi-Fi is also available.
