GenieSummary
This campground is located in a great spot in Columbia Falls, just 25 minutes away from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. It features long pull-throughs and decent spacing between the gravel sites, as well as nice restrooms and plenty of space to walk dogs. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating, and they were able to accommodate a last minute call for a dry camp space. However, there is some road noise due to its proximity to the intersection for Glacier National Park, and there is one tight turn to get a large fifth wheel into the site area. Additionally, there is no information offered from the front desk about park Wi-Fi, shower fees, or rules. There is also a water shortage, as sprinklers are constantly being operated, and neighbors have their outdoor seating right next to the sewer connection. Despite this, it is a great spot for visiting Glacier Park and the nearby town of Whitefish, which has great restaurants.
