What others are saying about this campground
Located in Dillon, MT, the Lewis And Clark - Clark Canyon Reservoir USBR campground is a cool spot on the water with spacious sites, offering dry camping and a shelter with a picnic table. The view of the surrounding snow-packed peaks from the campground is beautiful with the new June green grass. Though some of the sites needed some leveling, the campground was well-maintained and offered a good sense of security while staying there. The area is simply stunning with a beautiful setting and caves that are definitely worth the tour. The hiking trails are well-marked and in good condition, with nice sites that are not too close together. While there are only a few trees, the sites are not very private and the wind can be very strong at times. The bathrooms are acceptable with a new dump station set to be installed soon. Visitors have the option of staying with or without electric for $20/night for Montanans and $30/night for non-residents.
