Fort Benton RV Campground is a small but nice full hookup park located less than a mile from two quality local history museums and the reconstructed historic Old Fort Benton. The campground offers level sites on either grass or gravel, with plenty of access to power and Wi-Fi. The restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are serviceable but could use an update. The on-site manager is very friendly and helpful, and the campground is surrounded by dirt roads, so it can get dusty when the wind blows or cars go by. The campground is a great spot to explore the history of Fort Benton, as well as the nearby Lewis and Clark points of interest, Missouri Breaks, and the town itself, including several museums. The town also offers a Farmers Market on Friday afternoons, and the Montana Ag Museum is worth the modest entry fee. The Fort Benton Summer Celebration in late June is also a great event to check out.

From The Campground
Benton RV Park & Campground is located in Fort Benton, Montana, and offers full hookups including 50 amp service and large grass areas. The park is just 5 blocks from Historical Downtown Fort Benton and the Missouri River. The park is open from April 1 to October 31, and offers amenities such as restrooms with showers, laundry facilities, wireless internet, horseshoes, and tent camping. Groups are welcome. The park is close to many activities and attractions, including scenic Missouri River, canoeing and floating, golfing and biking, fishing and hunting, and the historical Lewis & Clark Memorial. Fort Benton is the birthplace of Montana and is rich with history and natural beauty. The park hosts an annual Summer Celebration in June, which includes street dancing, performing arts, quilt shows, flea markets, and more.
