The park is close to many activities and attractions, including scenic Missouri River, canoeing and floating, golfing and biking, fishing and hunting, and the historical Lewis & Clark Memorial. Fort Benton is the birthplace of Montana and is rich with history and natural beauty. The park hosts an annual Summer Celebration in June, which includes street dancing, performing arts, quilt shows, flea markets, and more.
