Anglers Roost is a small campground situated along the beautiful Bitterroot River, right between Hamilton and Darby. It is a great spot for fishing, with a boat launch and a fully-stocked store with fishing supplies. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the park is undergoing upgrades to improve the facilities. The sites are mostly grassy and wooded, and some are right on the river. There is a coin-operated laundry facility and a store for forgotten items. The toilets are mounted in the center of the stall, with only a shower curtain for privacy. The park is also for sale, so owners may not be investing much in the resort. Despite these drawbacks, Anglers Roost is a great spot for fishing and exploring the Bitterroot Valley.
