The campground offers free camping with free electric hookups, and some spots have 50 amp service on a first-come, first-served basis. The bar and cafe at the gift shop, as well as the gas station with a bar and casino, provide entertainment. The motel is available for non-RVers. Though there is noise from truckers pulling in and idling nearby, the fire pits and picnic tables at the campground provide a great place to rest and relax before continuing on the journey.

From The Campground
The 50,000 Silver Dollar is a unique, family-friendly, full-service stop located in the middle of the Lolo National Forest. It is conveniently accessible just off I-90, with ample parking space. The campground features the state's largest gift shop, a family-style restaurant, two bars, two casinos, a gas station, and a convenience store. It is a great home base for many recreational opportunities, including hundreds of miles of forest roads for ATV, Jeep, or Snowmobile travel, and many single track trails for hiking, biking, or motorcycling. Nearby attractions include the historic Savanac tree nursery, Lookout Pass ski area (16 miles), the route of the Hiawatha bike trail (10 miles), and the Silver Mountain ski area and bike park (40 miles). The campground is also not too far from Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. So if you find yourself traveling through beautiful western Montana, the 50,000 Silver Dollar is a great place to find unique souvenirs, a cold drink, a bite to eat, and a friendly face.
