Ackley Lake State Park is a 290-acre park nestled in the heart of Montana's Big Sky Country. The park offers beautiful views of the surrounding Little Belt and Snowy Mountains and rich agricultural land. The diverse recreation opportunities include fishing, boating, swimming, birdwatching, picnicking, and camping. Ackley Lake has 26 first-come first-served, rustic campsites and two boat launches. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout and tiger muskie, making it a great spot for anglers. On a warm summer day, enjoy the cool waters of Ackley Lake on Montana's open plains!
