Deer roam through the campground, and the area is surrounded by pine trees. The sites are flat and grassy, and there is a large pavilion for shelter in case of rain. Restroom and trash facilities are available, and the campground is a short walk to all the amenities of Lincoln. The campground was closed for the season when we stayed in late September, so it was free. There is no water or bathroom, but it wasnt needed. Locals loop through the park, but it was not bothersome. The fire rings and picnic tables need some TLC, but for the price, its hard to beat.
