Osens RV Park & Campground in Livingston, MT is perfect for a quiet stay above Yellowstone NP. The facility is well-maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The office staff welcomed us and helped us back into our site, which was level and clean. The laundry room was very clean, and the wifi was excellent. They even had fresh eggs for sale! The park is close to Livingston, Paradise Valley, gas, food, and shopping. Although the road into the park is a bit rough and narrow and the campground has a mixture of long stay and short stay guests, it is a nice spot to stay on your way through Montana. The staff suggested visiting Tim Miners Basin South on US 89S early morning or late afternoon to see Elk Herds and possible Grissly Bears. The only downside is the sketchy road from the highway into the park and it is located a couple of blocks off the highway so it does get some highway and railroad noise. Additionally, be careful exiting the campground onto the narrow access road because visibility is poor.
