Located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, this campground is the perfect place to get away from it all. With no phone service, you can truly enjoy the seclusion of the forest. All campsites have a picnic table, fire ring, and designated tent space, so you can enjoy a comfortable camping experience. There are running water and outhouses, as well as a nearby creek for swimming and great hiking spots. The campground has 24 first come first served campsites, and cost only $15. There is a campground host, but they may not always be present. The campground is well laid out and has plenty of space for RVs and tents. The trees provide a great green room effect and keep the highway noise to a minimum. There is a hand pump water source (unthreaded) and a concrete vault toilet, but plan to drive a long way if you forget anything. Enjoy the beauty of the forest and the peace of the campground.

From The Campground

Many Pines Campground is a first-come, first-served campground located in the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The campground offers 23 campsites along Belt Creek, which is great for trout fishing. The largest slot for a trailer is 51 feet in length. The campground is open from late May through October and is the most convenient for campers with large RVs along the US Highway 89 corridor. The Memorial Falls trailhead, a popular day hike, is located approximately one mile to the north of the campground.
