From The Campground
Cascade Campground is located in Custer Gallatin National Forest and offers 30 campsites for tent and RV camping. The campground is located in an area that is scarred by the 2008 Cascade Fire, but still offers beautiful views of wildflowers and wildlife sightings. The campground is near several hiking trails, including Basin Lakes National Recreation Trail, Silver Run National Recreation Trail, Timberline Trail, West Fork Trail, and Camp Senia Trail. The West Fork of Rock Creek passes near the campground and offers the opportunity to fly fish. The campground offers potable water and vault toilets. Reservations are recommended, as the campground is very popular and may fill up during the summer months, especially on weekends and holidays.
