Balanced Rock Campground is a high elevation developed campground near Branham Lakes in the Tobacco Root Mountains. The campground is temporarily closed due to hazardous trees. There is no fee for this campground. There is no drinking water available, but there is a vault restroom. The area is not recommended for trailers and there is no cell phone coverage. The campground is located in a high elevation area and can be difficult to access at times due to snow. Fishing and ice fishing are popular activities in the area.
