From The Campground
Thompson Falls State Park is a 36-acre park located on the Clark Fork River in the rugged and beautiful Clark Fork Valley. Visitors can enjoy camping, fishing, nature walks, swimming, boating, wildlife viewing, and bird watching. The park features a mature, mixed pine forest and an improved family fishing pond with an accessible fishing pier, new picnic shelter, latrine, and improved parking. The recently expanded non-motorized Thompson Falls Trail runs along the Clark Fork River and connects to the HWY 200 trail into town. There are 18 campsites with a maximum trailer length of 30 feet.
