Rambling Moose Campground is a small, family-owned campground located in the beautiful setting of Virginia City, MT. The campground is well-maintained with spacious sites, modern and spotless restrooms and showers, and a laundry facility. The owners, Greg and Kim, have put a lot of work into making their campground an oasis, with immaculate grounds, a well-stocked gift shop, electric bikes for rent, and hiking/nature trails and a dog walk area. The sites are slightly off level, but can be leveled with boards. The campground also has low voltage and the electric may drop a few times. There is no cable or antenna, but the WiFi is acceptable. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and are working hard to make Rambling Moose even nicer.
