Fox Den RV Park is a great place to stay for those looking to visit Yellowstone National Park. It is located a bit of a distance away, but is well worth the drive. There are sites that accommodate larger rigs, with electricity, double wide parking areas, and tall fire rings. There are also several water spigots around the loop, with a threaded hookup for a hose at the entrance. There are lockers for food if tent camping, pit toilets, and plenty of fresh water. There are also strategically placed pegs all around the roadways and campsites that can be a bit tricky as well, but negotiable. Every night is a 10 minute adventure of hunting all the mosquitos that snuck in during the day, but there were no issues in mid September. Laundry services are available for a very reasonable price, and the campground is close to a beach area where you can leave your boat overnight. The lake is peaceful and clean, and is great for recreational use. There is also Verizon service, but voice calls are spotty, texting and Internet worked fine.
