Pony Express RV Park is a small, unappealing campground located behind the Brandin Iron Inn Motel. It is a gravel/sandy parking lot with limited tree coverage, and most sites have full hookups. The sites are very tight, and tow vehicles must be parked on the street. The Wi-Fi and cable TV are free, but the Wi-Fi is unreliable and the cable is limited. The bathrooms are older, but clean and adequate for the park size. The staff in the motel are friendly and helpful, and a free breakfast is served at the motel and campground. This park is the cheapest FHU park in the area and is conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants. It is suitable for small to medium sized RVs, but large rigs and those with toads should avoid it.
