From The Campground
Jumping Creek Campground is a first-come, first-served campground located in the Little Belt Mountains of Montana. The campground has 10 campsites along Sheep Creek, which offers fishing opportunities for brook and rainbow trout. The campground can accommodate long trailers up to 45 feet in length. Nearby historic logging roads provide motorized access to the Smoky Mountain area. The campground is open from late May through October and has potable water and at least one handicap accessible vault toilet. Each campsite has a fire ring and/or grill, and a picnic table. The campground fee is $15 per night for a single unit. Leashed dogs are welcome, but horses are not allowed in the campground. Motorized OHVs must stay on the campground road. The campground is limited to 16 consecutive days in one location. Open and close dates can vary depending on snowfall conditions.
