Big Hole River RV Park is a small, safe, and well-maintained campground located in Wisdom, Montana. It is professionally managed by its on-site owners and offers full hookups with 50/30 amp service. The area is spectacularly desolate with the flat, dry Big Hole surrounded by mountains, and dramatic temperature swings from almost freezing most nights to mid-to-high seventies during the day. There are lots of rolling green lawns to walk the dog, interspersed with a couple of pleasant ponds. The rear edge of the campground is bordered by a field/pasture thats occupied by a flock of sheep and a few junked vehicles. The campground also has two lavatories and two showers, key required. Free Wi-Fi and a signal booster gives great Verizon service. Horses in back of the site provide added enjoyment. The proprietor is very nice and accommodating. It is the perfect place for a peaceful and restful stay.
