What others are saying about this campground
Eugene T Mahoney State Park in Ashland, NE is a beautiful park, with spacious, treed sites, and a well-maintained landscape. They offer several Electric and Electric Plus sites, but few FHUs, which is a bit misleading. The park charges $12 per night per motorized vehicle, which makes it expensive for larger rigs. They also charge a daily fee of $6 for NE residents and $12 for out of state residents. The park is easy to navigate, but several amenities, which are included in the higher price, were only available during weekends, which could be disappointing. The shower facilities were clean but could improve, and some showers provided only cold water. The park staff were very accommodating and helpful.
