Nebraska Tailwaters in Crofton, NE is a small, peaceful park that offers abundant shade and nearby sites that are not uncomfortably close. All sites have a beautiful view of the river and back up to a tall wooded bluff, which serves as a windbreak and makes every site fully shaded. The shower house is particularly impressive, with pristine, private large shower stalls. While there is no water at each site, the campground host is friendly and accommodating. The camp roads 90-degree configuration can make backing into the sites tricky, but its not the worst. Verizon signal might be poor with download speeds as low as .9 mbps. The dump station may not be the most convenient, and there arent any hiking trails in the campground area. Overall, its a very pleasant park with level sites, electric, water (not at site), and a dump station just outside the campground. Guests would love to stay here again.
