Platte River State Park offers a variety of lodging options including modern cabins, glamping cabins, and camper cabins. The park also has a state-of-the-art campground with full hookup campsites, basic camping sites, and amenities such as a shower facility, modern restrooms, picnic tables, and fire ring/grills. Visitors can enjoy guided horseback rides, fishing and paddle boating on Jenny Newman Lake, concessions, and a covered picnic shelter that is available for rental. The Nature Center located in the lower level of Mallet Lodge offers free nature programs and activities. The park also offers several facilities available for rent including picnic shelters. The Venture Parks Education Team provides outdoor learning opportunities for park guests.
