This campground is a great option for those looking for an inexpensive stay with full hookups. The sites are large and level, and the layout is interesting with a dirt/gravel lot. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has a great selection of alcohol at good prices. Unfortunately, the campground is rundown and dirty, with a pond full of algae and a swing set that is rusty and dated. The water supply is full of black gunk, and there is no shade or fire pits. Furthermore, the campground is literally alongside the largest rail yard in the world, so there is constant clanging and banging from the train cars. Despite this, the campground is a great option for the money, and the white noise machine helps to drown out the noise.
