Lincoln Park is a quiet city park located behind the high school. It offers 15 RV parking pads with water and electric sites and a dump station nearby. The pads are level concrete and close together, but not likely to be a concern as only three sites out of an estimated 20 were in use. The park also features a large dog park, childrens play area, horseshoe pits, and playground equipment. There is no charge for camping, but you can leave a donation if you want. The park is shaded by huge, old trees, providing excellent shade on hot days. The dump station is a little tricky to find, but it is on Paw Print Drive next to the baseball diamond and across from the elementary school. The park is close to the highway and train track, but there is little traffic. ATT signal is 1-2 bars. The local police patrol the area, making it an excellent place for an overnight stop.

From The Campground

The City of Superior has two parks – Lincoln Park and the City Park. Lincoln Park is located on the west edge of town where the campground is located. There are 20 concrete pads with electrical hookups. Water is available along with a dump station. There is no fee for camping but donations are always welcome. In Lincoln Park, you will find catch/release fishing, frisbee golf, horseshoes, volleyball, tennis courts nearby, playground equipment, picnic shelters and workout equipment for your health-conscious campers! In the City Park located along Highway 14 between 7th and 6th Streets, you will find playground equipment, picnic shelter, band shelter and during the summer months, a Farmers’ Market is held each Friday evening.
