Ballards Marsh SWA Dispersed Camping is a free camping area located in Valentine, NE. The campground offers gravel pads and allows tent camping for a maximum stay of 14 days. Pets are allowed on site. The site is a bit tight for bigger rigs, but the scenery is nice with water/marsh views and a nice sunset. There is no shade so it could be hot in the summer. Cell service for T-Mobile is available, but it is roaming on US Cellular. The site is isolated and beautiful, but somewhat primitive.
