Upper Lehman Creek Campground is a great place to stay if youre looking for a peaceful and secluded camping experience. It is nestled in a forest of pines and aspens and offers great views of the surrounding mountains. The campground has flush toilets, water, and picnic tables, as well as tent pads and fire pits. There is a great hiking trail nearby, and the Bristlecone pine trees are a unique and rare sight. The campground is first come, first served, so be sure to arrive early enough in the day to grab a site. It is a great spot to relax and explore the natural beauty of Great Basin National Park.
From The Campground
Great Basin National Park offers six campgrounds, four of which are reservable via www.recreation.gov during peak season, roughly from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Outside of the reservation period all campgrounds operate as first-come-first-served campgrounds as seasons permit. Potable water is not available in most of the campgrounds.
