What others are saying
Whispering Elms Campground in Baker, NV is a modest facility that is perfectly suitable for those who look at their site merely as a base camp for their trips. The resort is in a great location for exploring the Great Basin National Park, at only a five-mile distance from the Lehman Caves Visitor Center and less than a mile from the regular visitor center. Although Whispering Elms Campground is a bit rundown and dusty, guests will find everything they need to be working correctly. Facilities are old but in good working order, and the showers are hot with a regular cleaning schedule. The water pressure and electric are both strong, and hookups are convenient with close proximity to each other. Besides camping, Whispering Elms also has an on-site bar, with an impressive selection of local beers. The affordable prices and proximity to National Park make Whispering Elms a decent option in the area.
