What others are saying about this campground
Boulder Beach Campground in Boulder City, NV is a beautiful national park campground situated near Lake Mead with no hookups for electricity but it does have water and a dump station. The campsite is famous for its great desert views, quiet nights, and easy access to some fantastic locations like Hoover Dam and the Valley of Fire. The area is perfect for those who enjoy cycling and hiking with plenty of trails for walking, cycling, and exploring. Generators can be a problem as some sites have people running them even when not there. The wildlife that surrounds the campground is a treat to watch, and the stunning sunrise views over the lake cannot be missed. Toilets and showers are clean, but the shower rooms could use renovation for privacy. A nice national park campground shop has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay, but the laundry facility might require some patience as it doesnt accept coins and requires a $25 minimum charge to use a card. Slow Wi-Fi might also be a problem, but those staying here should be focusing on nature and spending time outdoors than worrying about web browsing. Overall, Boulder Beach Campground is an excellent location for those looking to enjoy nature without being too far from some of the citys great attractions.
