What others are saying about this campground
Kershaw-Ryan State Park is a small, first-come, first-serve campground located in the middle of the Nevada desert. The campground offers electric hookups, restrooms, and more. Each site has a picnic table, BBQ, and fire pit, and is spaced out enough to provide a decent amount of privacy. There is a dump station at the park entrance but no sewer hookups. The campground is also walking distance to a 1930s garden and day picnic park. There are a couple of short hikes close to the campground with beautiful views of the fall foliage, and a horseshoe pit and volleyball court by the day use area. The park also has flushable toilets and free showers, as well as a playground and wading pool for kids. The staff is friendly and the campground is kept spotless. There are also some incredible hiking trails and a neat park just a short distance away. This is a great place to visit in the fall for its stunning colors, and is worth a visit for its seclusion and natural beauty.
