This RV park in north Carson City is a typical urban RV park, with asphalt roads and gravel spaces. It is close to any kind of service or store that you might need and is conveniently located across the street from a large hardware/sporting goods store. The bathhouse is clean and the showers are nice, but you need to leave a $5 deposit to use them. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the woman in the office can be rude and talk about other customers and cuss excessively. There are plenty of cable channels and Wi-Fi, although it is not good at the south side of the park. Unfortunately, there are a lot of long term RVers here and one side of the park looks run down with trash all over the place. There are also shady characters driving around trying to steal things from around peoples rigs at night. The park has a few trees, but not very big, and the area is dry and dusty.
