Ely KOA is a welcoming and accommodating RV park in a beautiful and snowy area. Despite the snowy terrain, the park is well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The internet is fast, and the on-air TV is reliable. Even with some minor issues, such as the high cost of parking, the inconsistent wifi, and the lack of TV, the KOAs friendly staff and well-plowed roads make it an excellent choice for travelers passing through the area.

It's where the high desert meets the mountains of Great Basin National Park, with meadows, forests, wildflowers, streams and lakes - and the fascinating marble/limestone formations of Lehman Caves. Explore ghost towns left behind from the 19th-century silver rush. Ride the Ghost Train of Ely for a trip into the past. Recreation includes hiking and OHV trails, garnet hunting, fishing, boating and swimming on Cave Lake. Enjoy a beautiful RV Site with a patio area, private lawn and LP gas grill. Or choose an extra-long pull thru. If primitive is your thing, you'll love the lush, grassy Tent Sites, newly renovated restrooms and Camping Kitchen. Or, give Glamping a try! This campground has rustic, comfy Cabins, authentic Conestoga Covered Wagons, and several Deluxe lodges & Cabins - complete with full baths, kitchenettes and LP gas grills. Family fun includes a playground, disc golf, volleyball & basketball courts, horseshoe pits, cornhole & even a croquet set are available. Two dog walk areas and on-site corrals keep your four-legged travel companions happy. Max pull thru: 95 feet.
