For extra comfort, the park offers GCI Outdoor Comfort Cushions, which are light-weight, thickly padded, and with a zipped cover. Echo Canyon State Park is a beautiful desert park located in the head of Dry Valley, Nevada. The park offers a variety of recreational activities such as camping, picnicking, hiking, and boating. The park has a group picnic area that can accommodate up to 70 people, and six picnic sites along the reservoir's shore. The Ash Canyon trail leads into the park's backcountry, and the boat launch ramp is located on the north shore of the reservoir. The park also offers programs and special presentations for groups. Pets are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash of not more than six feet in length. The park is open seven days a week, 365 days a year.
