This campground is a great place for an overnight stay or to use as a base camp due to its proximity to the interstate. The park is clean and neatly landscaped with all blacktop sites. Cable has some good channels, but some are snowy. Train and interstate highway noise is audible, but not a serious problem. The staff is friendly, but cannot help with internet problems. Pets are not allowed, and mail is left in tubs in the office. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are not particularly clean and require a key with a refundable deposit to lock the ladies room from the inside. The campground is quiet and about 1/2 mile from the nearest casino. It is a short drive/long walk to the hotels/casinos, and convenient to Renos Riverwalk and beautiful downtown area.
