10 acres of land. 6 acres open land - 3 acres wood - 5 mins from the ocean on Cape Tormentine . Beautiful coastline . Driving mins to Moncton is 40 mins and can get to the Confederation Bridge in 2 mins which will take you over to Prince Edward Island. You can use the land to ride ATVs or just explore area. Close to Sackville and Shediac town.
