What others are saying about this campground
Notches Campground is a beautiful and peaceful campground located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The campground offers full hook-ups, level and spacious sites with trees, and two small fish ponds. It has an incredible, unobstructed view of the valley and mountain ranges to the south, and with seven notches in the mountain range, the views are breathtaking. The water is spring fed, with no chemicals and as pure tasting as it can be. There is no cable or TV reception, no laundry facilities, and no Wi-Fi or cell phone coverage. There is only an outdoor pool and no facilities or activities for kids. The owners, Bill and Dona, are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the campground is well kept and run. It is a great place for those looking for a clean, quiet, and scenic campground.

From The Campground

Notch View Inn and Campground is a beautiful campground located in Colebrook, NH. The campground offers direct trail access to 'Ride the Wilds' ATV trails and snowmobile corridor 18. All of the RV sites have majestic mountain views and are large enough to fit any size RV. The campground has two spring-fed ponds, private nature trails, picnic tables, and fire pits at each site. Pets are welcome. In addition, the campground offers a rental camper and a glamping site in the secluded woods. The Inn has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half baths. The rooms are set up for your comfort and privacy. The Inn provides the comfort of being home and guests have access to a full kitchen, living room, dining room, enclosed sunroom, and a large outside deck. The Inn provides a romantic setting at both sunrise and sunset on the deck or enclosed porch. The historic Inn was originally built in the late 1800s and moved by oxen down the mountain to its present location in 1929. Our 34 acres was the homestead portion of the several hundred acre farm originally known as the Royal Farms, one of the largest dairy farms in New Hampshire. Although it has been renovated, much of the original knotty pine walls and structure still remain visible.
