This campground is a great option for the random traveler looking for a quick stay. It offers power, water, and sewer hookups for a fee, as well as a small pond, pet run, and a store with basic necessities. The owners have restored the play areas, added new sites, and given all the buildings a new coat of paint. There are plenty of activities on weekends, and the $20 rate reflects a special 50% discount for first time campers. However, the roads are very dusty due to dry weather and people not driving 5 mph, and the owners need to trim the trees along the roads and tend to the many pot holes. Additionally, the owner is not very accommodating and the front office staff can be abrasive. It is important to note that you will need to purchase an adapter from the campground when checking in as you will not be notified prior to booking.
