The original part of the park is not designed for big rigs, but there is a new expanded area which is much larger and better laid out. The sites are not level, making it difficult to place a trailer on the slanted site and reach all services. There are a lot of spiders and mosquitoes, but this is expected since the campground is in the woods for the most part. The campground does not have many amenities and there is a fee for visitors. This campground is not ideal for transient RVers with kids, but is suitable for those who are looking for a place to stay with seasonals that look like they have permanently moved in.

Hidden Valley RV & Golf Park is a family campground with a new in-ground salt water swimming pool. They offer seasonal camping and nightly camp sites. The park also features an 18-hole championship golf course, a 9-hole PAR 3 golf course, Hidden Valley Grille, and a laundromat.
