Circle 9 Campground is a great place to stay for travelers who need special amenities. The customer service is top notch, with great referrals and hospitality for complete strangers. The park includes water and electric, as well as upgraded wifi, although it can be intermittent when the park is full. There are also a couple of permanent or semi-permanent campers whose owners ride loud motorcycles after quiet hours. The location to Concord is unbeatable, but traveling to points south can be tedious on smaller back roads. Unfortunately, the view from the campground is mostly dead limbs and black muck, and there were reports of some of the clean-up crew throwing dog waste into the pond. Despite this, visitors still had a good time and enjoyed their site.
