Lazy River Campground is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with the family. Located in the middle of the state, its a quick drive from the Boston area. The campground offers a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained, from floating down the river (with return transport provided) to swimming in the well-maintained pool or chasing toddlers in the kids pool. Theres also a large wooden playground and field for the kids to explore. For a bit of relaxation, you can sit back with a drink at your campsite. The campground also features a newly built store and game room, a beach and tubing on the river, and a beautiful pool. Theres even a kiddie pool for the little ones. If youre looking for a campground near the Suncook Valley Rotary Balloon Festival in August, this is the perfect spot. Just be aware that the sites along the river do suffer from road noise coming from NH28.
