GenieSummary

3 Ponds Campground is an ideal spot for a camping trip, with its excellent customer service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it is in the process of being sold to developers. It is a convenient park but not designed for larger rigs. It is more like a trailer park than a campground, with no teen activities or activities for younger kids. The public restrooms are outdated and filthy, and WiFi is only available at the office with no place to sit or any privacy. The owners are known to yell at campers for going too fast, but they also ride 4 wheelers around the campground at all hours. The showers are pay showers with tiny heads that only spray a mist, and you cannot adjust the water temperature. The interior roads are narrow and rough, and there is only one way in and out. The sewer cap is loose and comes off the pipe connected to the ground. The only positive thing is that the fishing is great. They have activities every weekend such as hayrides, bingo, horse shoes and archery, car races, basketball, bocce, cribbage, make your own sundaes, fishing derby, craft fair, dog show, bonfire, 4th of July fireworks and dance, and a breakfast buffet every Sunday. The campground is lit up with luminaries and the seasonal campers are kind and helpful.
