This campground offers a beautiful lake view and is a short walk from Weirs Beach. It is mostly made up of seasonal sites which are very well maintained. The bathrooms and showers are clean, but it can take some time to get hot water flowing. The park accepts cash or check, no credit cards, and has no cable or wi-fi. Cell service is poor, but it is a great spot for outdoor activities. It is not big rig friendly due to the narrow, winding roads and steep hills. There is a midnight quiet time and it is great for families with kids. The campground staff was friendly and helpful. It is a great spot for those looking for a woodsy and relaxing feel.
