This RV campground is located in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire, offering 23 scenic wooded acres on beautiful Lake Contoocook. It has a variety of amenities such as a pool, playground, arcade, camp store, wiffle ball tournament size field, basketball court, sand volleyball, direct access to a lake with boat dock and rentals plus canoes, kayaks and row boats. It is also dog friendly and has plenty of trees for privacy between sites. The negative aspects of the campground are that the roads and campsites are not paved, so it can be muddy when it rains, the wifi only works at the arcade, and the exit road has many bumps and holes. They also offer a gas saver deal and wood delivery service. It is a family oriented campground and people have been very friendly and welcoming. The lake is not suitable for swimming but is great for fishing and small boats. The park is crowded during busy summer season and the roads are narrow and can be difficult to navigate. Despite this, it is an enjoyable and affordable place to stay and people are still willing to come back and even apply for a seasonal site.
