From The Campground
Shir-Roy Camping Area is located in the town of Richmond in the Monadnock Region of southwestern New Hampshire. The campground provides 50 acres of natural woodlands and a crystal clear pond for relaxation. Mountain laurel and natural woodlands provide a beautiful backdrop for your stay with us. Our 42 acre pond is perfect for swimming, fishing and boating, and our 200 ft. sandy beach is safe for non-swimmers and “small fry” alike. The campground offers clean modern restrooms, free hot showers, campstore, RV supplies, recreation hall, athletic field, dump station, laundromat, playground, rentals, and group camping area. Recreation activities include swimming, fishing, boating, game room, playground, volleyball, horseshoes, hiking trails nearby, ice cream socials, and potluck suppers.
