Additionally, there are abundant recreational opportunities, but all involve an added cost. The sites are close together, and tents are forced to camp in an open and unshaded field. The deluxe log cabin was not air conditioned and the mini-golf is unusable. Despite these issues, the people near the campers were nice and the kids had plenty to do. The new owner is making progress on cleaning up the park, but it is not quite there yet.
