This campground is located in a great spot, with plenty of potential due to its size and layout of the sites. However, the park is in poor shape and most seasonals do not maintain their sites. The interior roads have been damaged, and the staff is mostly teenagers who bicker about everything. The facilities are crowded and post-curfew hours are noisy, with no security in the evening. Additionally, there are abundant recreational opportunities, but all involve an added cost. The sites are close together, and tents are forced to camp in an open and unshaded field. The deluxe log cabin was not air conditioned and the mini-golf is unusable. Despite these issues, the people near the campers were nice and the kids had plenty to do. The new owner is making progress on cleaning up the park, but it is not quite there yet.
