This campground is a great home base for those looking to explore the Jersey Shore. It is close to lots of attractions and offers a welcoming atmosphere for transient RVers. The sites are mostly park models, but there is plenty of room for larger motorhomes. The lake is a great spot for swimming and relaxing. Unfortunately, the campground does have some issues such as homeless people living in run down campers, tall grass that attracts ticks, and an understocked store. Additionally, there have been reports of underage drinking, so it is best to be aware of your surroundings.
