Tip Tam Campground is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. Located close to the central Jersey shore and Great Adventure, it offers a clean and neat environment with lots of trees and plenty of activities. The sites are gravel interior roads and level sand sites, and the campground offers 50 amp, unhooked by office, verizon signal on and off, and wifi available. The pool area is great, although a hot tub would be a nice addition. The bathrooms are tight with no AC and can be buggy, but the showers are clean. Dogs are allowed on your site but not around the park. There are lots of tent camping and seasonals, and the campground is great for families, although there are lots of mosquitoes. Propane is available upon arrival to park.
