The roads are well-maintained, but the campground is in need of updating, including bath facilities, cleaning, and leveling of campsites. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the store offers food and soft serve ice cream. The campground also features a dog park and walking trail down to the lake. The price is a bit high, but the views are gorgeous and the entertainment is great. With some improvements, Pleasant Acres could become a resort destination.
