Located in West Creek, New Jersey, the campground is a short drive away from Long Beach Island, with drive times ranging from 3-40 minutes depending on traffic. The campground offers spacious sites that back up to a wooded area that leads to state preserved marsh land, making it a great spot for nature lovers. The campground also has a store with a wide selection of items, though firewood can be wet and require an additional fee for delivery. Unfortunately, the campground is also prone to heavy bug season, and there have been reports of mosquitoes biting visitors. The campground also has a grill/ice cream parlor, though prices can be high, and the staff could use some customer service tips. The campground also offers access to a small sandy beach in Barneget Bay, as well as a laundry facility with machines that sometimes dont work. Unfortunately, Sea Pirate Campground does not allow visitors to bring their own golf carts.
